Defective Wall LAN port (New build)

Wall LAN port in upstairs master bedroom (connected to fibre/router in garage downstairs) seems to not be working, tried to connect ethernet cable from LAN port to laptop and no internet is received. The other LAN ports in the downstairs living room provide internet (tried with laptop via ethernet cable). Wanting to check if maybe the internet connection cabling is not correct, or the port/cable is defective.

Door catch missing on wood burner

"Logfire" brand, older wood burner needs a door catch. The door does not close securely as there is nothing for it to click into. We need a piece of metal attached for the door handle mechanism to lock in behind it. This piece may have to be from another brand of wood-burner or a suitable piece of metal that would fit? Even though it is old this is a really good quality wood burner with a small problem that a resourceful and creative person could fix. (Chimney also needs to be swept.) Photos...

Renovation after asbestos removal

Textured ceiling asbestos removal

33.5m2 across two rooms, would like the textured ceiling to be removed, ceiling skimmed and sealed for us to do a paint job later on. Not urgent, on the fence about lining it up with the demolition of kitchen over the next couple of months, so less stuff to cover up). But keen to get an estimate on cost and happy to take advice on this. Samples sent off and the two rooms came back as chrysotile, other rooms are fine.

Shower leak check
