Fix damaged garage roof

I need some roof sheets replaced on my garage roof, currently water is leaking into the garage through a cracked sheet, which isn't urgent just needs replacing to stop the leak. I know this needs to be visually checked to provide pricing, can arrange inspection pretty much anytime. In attached photos its just the small garage to the right. Roughly 2.5m wide x 9m long. Its plastic roofing some clear, some coloured, flat section(roughly 100mm) with a small rib can only just see in the photo.

Leaking pressure reduction valve

I have a pressure valve outside the house that is leaking. It was replaced about a year ago and I guess it needs replacing/fixing. I have opened it up and it looks fine other than a lot of sand in the filter. Maybe the pressure is to high? I'm not sure.
