Re line b/room and porch

am looking for a trades person who can reline our back bedroom and also our back porch area in the huntly area. the house was built in the 1910's so all lining and that must come off we have already rewired, will need new pinkbats and gib, if they can plaster that would be great aswell.

Driveway, carpad, paths

DRIVEWAYS 1) I need a new concrete driveway about 12 metres by 5 metres. 2) Also a car pad at the side of the house with a small extension of the driveway serving it - about 10 metres by 8 metres all up. 3) The driveway has a slight slope downwards towards the garage so a drainage channel may need to be installed. 4) A couple of smaller pathways from garage to house and from house to letterbox need replacing - about 20 metres altogether.

I would like five lots morter replaced please in between brick work on a 4 1/2 year old house 3 are saw shaped following the brick work down the wall to the concrete slab 2 are in a straight line down the wall to the concrete slab if you were measureing i would think all about a meter long mortar will need to be removed completely and replaced please Pricing as well please

Driveway Kerb Repair

I need a kerb on my driveway repaired. The previous kerb was not reinforced and was driven over crushing it. The length of the kerbing is approximately 10-15m. I am very open to suggestions, however the 'gold plated' solution would be to repair the kerb with a like concrete kerb. This is cost dependant. Any help would be appreciated.

Roof Spouting

Hi there, I have an exposed piece of flashing/ piece of roof that doesnt necessarily provide weather proofing. The spouting finishes between 10-15 cm short. I need someone to either add additional spouting or extend the existing piece. Any help would be appreciated. Terry

SPOUTING. I need some advice / quote here. I don't know whether to strip, repair and repaint it or replace the whole lot. My options area: Either 1) Using Plastic (or any other suggested material) spouting Size is approx 60m long (throughout the house); OR 2) Strip the paint and repair it. It is a galvanise spouting. House is about 50 years old type of bungalow. Seriously, I want it done but I do need to know the cost and the best option.
