Small kitchen renovation

We are renovating a small kitchen in Lyall Bay and need someone to remove the old kitchen units and one internal door and enlarge the existing internal wall opening between the kitchen and the living room. The walls will need to be relinned. We are looking to have this work done in the first week of February.

Septic Leaching Field Reinstallation

The piping to our septic leaching field appears to have become blocked. We consequently need the field to be relayed. Job will basically consist of following - 1. Redig trenches and remove old piping. 2. Relay new piping, and refill trenches. Note that the area has a considerable degree of plant growth over the top. I'll give a hand or do some of it myself if required. Will post pictures soon to give an idea of the area.

Install kitchen drawers and cupboard, new tap

I need someone to install a set of 4 drawers (450mm) and an under-sink cupboard (600mm). I also need a new tap for the kitchen sink. I am thinking of buying the drawers and cabinet from Criterion but may look elsewhere or buy second hand, suggestions welcome. Thank you.

Outdoor fireplace/pizza oven

Close off a door and move a door

1) We've got a door which leads from the kitchen to the hallway which we'd like closed off. (left hand door in photo 007) 2) There's a second door in the kitchen which need to be moved along about 1 meter. (right hand door in photo 007) 3) Open up a door frame leading from the kitchen to the living room to make a more open plan layout. (right hand side of door back to the wall in photo 004) 4) Possibly also build a fence - I think about 13.5m

New Wooden Decking

We are looking at installing an outside wooden decking to our house. The brick house/property is 3 1/2 years old and the area we are looking to do is on hard flat ground with no obstacles and we wouldn't expect any extra foundation work would be required. 1 1/2 of the edges would butt up againgst the house and the other two sides are open. The deck height would be slightly above ground level so effectivelly we would be stepping from the deck to a small drop (i.e 50-100mm to the lawn area....

Plastering repair - external concrete house footing

We need a plastering repair to our house foundation approximately 3m long by 300mm high. Due to a minor leak under ground level bricks, I have cut away the front 30mm of the bricks in the section so the bricks can be completely covered with plaster. I would like the surface of the bricks built up with plaster then surfaced to match the concrete ring foundation that is next to them. It has the standard 70's style splatter finish on top of the plaster.
