Replace roof sheets

A while ago I noticed my roof had a lot of signs of rust and requested a company to restore it and paint it. It looked fine at first but now less than two years later the roof is displaying signs of rust again. I would like first to know first if it is still possible to repair it, or how much would it cost to replace the corrugated sheets by new coloursteel ones. The house is approximately 90 square meters, not sure exactly the size of the roof. I'm attaching some pictures for reference.

Floor sanding - small area.

We have knocked out a wall between two rooms, one of the areas (approx 9m2) has never been sanded or coated. In the raining area there are some patched areas that need finishing and a large scratch that could do with repair. All up there is about 10m2 plus scratch.
