Removal and installation of kitchen

I need old kitchen taken out. The wall behind bench needs to be fixed due to water damage. The replacement bench needs to be cut out to accommodate a stove and the under bench oven. The cuboard on bench in photo 3 needs to be cut and altered with door added . A pantry need s to be put in also the ventalator over the stove

Artificial Turf Yard for Puppies

We have a natural grass area approximately 8m x 8m that is used for young puppies that we would like to have replaced with artificial turf. We happened to have bought a kindy's old turf that we'd like the contractor to consider using if viable. Ground is currently a bit unlevel and grass/dirt so will need prep. It is important that I can hose off the artificial grass if needed and that water will drain away from the area.

I need a deck built that is approximately 4m wide by 11m long. Approx. 800mm off ground. Pilings were put in 3 years ago in anticipation of the deck. No railings needed. Currently there are stairs in place to exit the building to ground level from two doors. These will need to be removed first. The deck is for our dog house and for the dogs' use so open to suggestion on possibly using a lesser grade wood or other suggestions.
