Three units, I own third unit. Connection from road to My unit leaks. I opened a concrete 50 x 50 cm cavity at my unit with a jack hammer, no leak found. The pipe from Road to unit was made one continuous pipe, should not break.

I’d like quote for a pile of about 7-10m3 of contaminated soil to be removed. I’ve graded it from the back and piled it out the front next to a double driveway so access should be fine. I think it’s about 10m3 but I’m really guessing. When we bought the house we had a soil test done and it’s got arsenic and copper levels above the reccomended allowance so I think it has to be dispose of at a managed fill.
