Gas hobs on Bosch stove playing up - not catching a light

Gas hobs on a Bosch stove top are playing up, and difficult to ignite. Tenants have tried cleaning, but still no go, and are now saying they are not even clicking.

Fix faulty shower cabinet installations.

Two shower cabinets not sealed properly and damage to gib at floor level, total four areas need repair. For one, damage is significant and after resealing it may require some gib to be cut out and replaced, plus skirting board, then finished and prepped for painting. The second cabinet may be fixed by just resealing and patching to gib? We are retired and available to fit in with builder's timeframe.

The existing tilt garage door locking mechanism has juts worn out and the door often gives problems as it gets caught in the wind. I would like the existing motorised tilt garage door removed and replace with new door. The existing door aperture is 4225 mm wide by 2215 mm high.
