Internal wall removal

Removal of internal wall between dining room and lounge of my two storey townhouse. This is a small wall 2500mm which already has a wooden sliding door cavity. Wall to be cut out at the height of the sliding door frame, like an alcove rather than taking the wall right out at the ceiling area. There is one light switch to take into consideration on the lounge wall side, refer to photo below. Repair of earthquake damaged chimney.

Top third of chimney came down in earthquake. Needs repairing using 70 series bricks or panels with thin slices of bricks . The chimney vent needs to be put back to where it was before the quake as it has been diverted inside the roof space and out through the roof off centre by EQR.
