Several electrical jobs need to be done

Hi, I am finishing off the renovations of my house, getting it ready for tenants. I need these jobs to be done: - replacing an ancient oven with a preloved oven; the oven that I have just bought needs to be electrically tested; and then wired - put in a rangehood for the oven (please note that the oven will be placed 2 meters away from the exterior wall) --- / --- - put in an Aerlite bathroom ventilation system ---

The garage is 75 square metres (7.5 metres x 10 metres). The floor is 100mm of lime rock and has been like that for 30 years so is quite compacted. It should be fine as a base. The timber studs rest on concrete blocks. What we are looking for is levelling, reinforcing and concrete. We need thick enogh concrete to take cars or SUV. See the 2 photos. We live in Dairy Flat.
