Hi, My tenants dishwasher stopped mid cycle and an error of E1 showed up on the display. Since then, the only button that works is the power button, so the dishwasher is unusable. Fairly urgent: Ceiling cavity leak and possibly some structural damage?

Last night in the heavy rains some water started coming in through the gib above our front door, so it seems likely there's a leak up there, will need to be fixed and the gib repaired or replaced etc. However, the font door also doesn't close quite as smoothly as it used to, possibly there's a structural slump? Or maybe just that the frame swelled maybe? I don't know, I'm not a builder :-). Need someone who can check for that as well, and repair the front door and screen door as well so they clo...
