The outlet drain is only connected to the new washing machine as the extension piece broke off and can't be refitted. I need this to be refitted and the washing machine outlet back on top of the six inch extension pipe that was initially fitted. This will allow the tub itself to operate correctly.

Replacing M-A's rotting weatherboards etc

We have about 4 rotting weatherboards that need replacing, plus one barge board. There is also a section of painted board and batten cladding that is also rotten that needs replacing. When one weatherboard on a corner is removed it may reveal the bottom of the corner beam is also dry rotten. No painting required - that's what we're currently doing. (I've pasted a photo of the board and batten area only)
