Wilton benchtop replacement

Benchtop has been burn't so I need to replace it. It's approx. 2m in length and has the sink in it. If the laminate used can't be matched then I will look to replace two other smaller length pieces. Need someone to install the tops around the end of the month - flexible day/time.

Kitchen sink and new tap

I need a new kitchen sink installed and a new tap. The sink is staying in the same place as the original sink. The new tap will be in a different place to the old taps. The taps and plumbing for the current taps look ancient. The pipework comes up the outside of the house and straight through a hole in the wall. Automatic Garage Door (Tilt) Repair

The motor is still functioning when not jammed, and I believe the issue is regarding the 'catch' not correctly stopping the door lift.
