Need to fix whole in plasterboard prep and then cover with wall paper patch. I have some suitably sized plaster board and some of the wall paper which can be used. The hole currently has a grate siting in it which is the remnants of an old underfloor heating system which was recently removed, so you can see also see the plywood that the vent sat in.
