Asbestos removal from textured ceilings

As part of a modernising our mid-80's home we need to have a textured ceiling removed from three bedrooms, one toilet and a bathroom. Unfortunately tests show that it contains asbestos. The ceiling is unpainted in these areas and is in very good condition. The bathroom has been painted and is in not as good a condition.
