I've been in the building game for 30 odd years and during that time have done quite a lot of design & build contracts. Early on I used to do all the architectural drawings myself but as I got busier I had to contract that part of the business out. Recently I decided I had spent enough time actually on building sites and decided to revert back to architectural design so during 2025 took the time to get my LBP registration. Generally I look at the project and discuss options with the Owner(s)
