Thermaspec uses one of the highest definition camera's on the market, you can even see a headache with them. Apart from ripping plasterboard and walls down, Infra-Red camera's is one of the best ways to find rotting windows, leaks behind walls, or heat loss. We endeavor to inspect at the most optimum time, early morning or about an hour after sun down. This maximizes the heat differential between wet and dry areas. No system guarantee's spotting everything but IR camera's are one of the best
