I'm starting out in a new career ,this time for love . Have built a masonry villa for the family with the help of a carpenter and renovated two old houses (a house we moved on to a section and a very,very old Dunedin villa (1847). I've worked for a builder who says I,m a good hammer hand ,so that's where I'll start .(He will happily be my referee) .I,m fit and healthy and have my own transport, basic tools and GST registration.
