Hi, I have been drafting for 7 - 8 years working on small to medium size homes approximately 60 - 250 sqm. I work with different north island councils to get to building consent stage and work hard to meet client expectations and deadlines. I do not shy from renovations, deck designs or smaller home builds. I also have experience in the transportable homes field with build plans and site plans.
