About Contract Flooring POLISHED CONCRETE & COMMERCIAL FLOORING OPERATING NEW ZEALAND WIDE. Contract Flooring Installation 2002 Ltd was started by Carlos & Natasha as a three man installation team doing sub contract installations for your typical retail flooring store, growing to a team of 7 in Tauranga. We found that there was a huge gap between the client & the retailer and that often potential problems could be sorted right at the start of the project when dealing with the actual installer.
