I have been working in the residential sector for 30+yrs and working with small house designs through to high end properties. I prefer new work as they are easier than renovations , quicker & cheaper compile. I offer competitive rates in today’s marketplace & I mainly deal with putting Building consent together and will deal with all external consultants and council. I also work doing 3D rendering work, I offer a quick turn-around for the visuals.
