Hi. I'm a sole trader with 30 years in the construction industry in NZ and overseas. I put the tools away for a few years while carrying out house inspections in Auckland. That role progressed to a salaried role as National H&S and Quality Manager for the same company. Currently I sub-contract to carry out Healthy Homes Standards and Pre Purchase Inspections. I have successfully completed the Certificate in Residential Property Inspections run by The NZ Institue of Building Surveyors (NZIBS).
