Good day! I am a Draughtsperson that can create drawings for you, from your Concept Design (Building Consent approval) up to As Built for your Code Compliance Certificate (CCC) issuance. I am a sole trader and is always working with an Architect or an Engineer to make the right set of drawings either in Detailed Design Phase or Construction Phase of the project . I am proficient in using CAD Software and little bit of 3D Modelling with Rendering ( Perspective - For Client presentation) . I
