R A Winkel Ltd Painting and Decorating is a small but well established family company. Ricky Winkel started the company before Matt, his son in-law, took over in 2010. We are professional and hard working. We thoroughly enjoy getting to know our clients during our time with them, and we also love the difference that we make to their properties. The change from when we start a job to when we've finished is very apparent and very satisfying
