Project description

The team at SAS Builders brought this 1880's Villa back to life, Whilst capturing the unique style of the building. We created an amazing open plan living area, an extension of more bedrooms while capturing the age of the building. This involved using a range of native timbers (Matai , Rimu , Kauri ) throughout from Bench tops , Vanity top and draws, Flooring. This was a unique build to allow SAS Builders to show case there craftsmanship.
