Redvale's Lifestyle Block Revamp!
Price Projects Recently completed this 60m Retaining wall with Inbuilt steps & 1.8m privacy fence to sperated the two homes on this large lifestyle block in Redvale, Albany. We transformed what was an un usable space into a highly functioning level and accesible back yard, Our client was wrapped with the final result and has since had us back for an additional 60m post and rail fencing contract and we are in discussions for more upcoming projects this year.
Lifestyle Block Upgrade Kaiwaka
Our client had a new build done a few years ago yet access into the driveway or pathways around the house were never factored in, We spent a week in Kaiwaka doing a site clean up, cut in and prepped a new metal driveway, pathway surrounds and patio & repaired some potholes on the way out. The property is now on the market looking much better!

St Heilers Entrance Upgrade
Price Projects Limited recently completed 2 projects in St. Heliers, Initially, we were contracted to dig a trench under the client's house to intall new drainage as they had experience flooding issues, this was a challenging process with limited access resulting in all spoil to be passed out a cubby door and wheel barrowed to our onsite tip truck, We installed geo cloth, a new subsoil drain & backfilled. Following the upgraded drainage system, we were asked to transform the front entrance by removing all concrete pathways, a failing retaining wall, and boxed gardens. We installed new perimeter subsoil drains for water re diversion & futher control, accompanied by the construction of a front-mounted retaining wall and surrounding boxed gardens to open the space. We then cultivated & prepared the existing the lawn and installed a brand new ready lawn, creating a lush, inviting entrance for our client. Introducing Price Projects' Latest Success: Restoring and Enhancing a Residential Property in Avondale After the Auckland Floods Price Projects is excited to share a remarkable restoration project that breathed new life into a residential property in the tranquil Avondale. When the devastating Auckland floods wreaked havoc on our client's backyard, destroying cherished gardens, washing away an existing retaining wall and stormwater chamber, and leaving the deck foundations undermined and in an unsafe state, our dedicated team stepped in to bring back the beauty and functionality of their yard. Working closely with homeowners, we understand the importance of aligning with vision and budget. Despite facing challenges, such as limited digger access here, our experienced team rose to the challenge, completing the project efficiently and to the highest standards. In just four days, we skillfully cleared the area of all broken tree's & debris, hand-dug new garden beds, demolished & removed the old deck, reinstated the stormwater chamber and secured it, constructed a brand-new deck that not only meets safety requirements but also provides a space for relaxation and enjoyment. Our team installed two sturdy retaining walls that seamlessly blend with the surroundings and added three gorgeous garden beds to enhance the aesthetics of the property. Recognizing the significance of proper water management, we implemented a new drainage system that ensures efficient water flow. To maximize accessibility and convenience, we incorporated decorative white chip, creating a dry and accessible area that leads to the clothesline. Additionally, we took meticulous care in mulching all the gardens, lending a touch of elegance to the landscape. We also revitalized the lawn by reseeding it using premium lawn mix and high-quality grass seed. Seeing the joy and satisfaction on our client's face as we unveiled the finished project was truly rewarding.
