We were really impressed with his workmanship. We didn’t want to be too involved in the project, we wanted to walk out as the project got underway and to walk back in when it was ready to be lived in. With over 90 percent of the two-level home to be renovated, Kane project managed all aspects of the job, while his team of builders pulled out all the stops to meet the Christmas 2022 deadline. Kane was well organised and we were thrilled that we decided to partner with him. It was a great decision and we’ve recommended him to others looking to renovate or build a new house. We’ve got a young family and it was important for us to have a low maintenance family home with four bedrooms and open plan living spaces. One of the main challenges we faced was in the tight build covenants for the development and Kane patiently worked his way through these with an architectural designer, with several amendments to meet the design requirements. We had purchased some rural land and went about looking for our build partner. Kane expressed the most interest in the project to build a rural family home. He brought along a draughtsman to meet with us to get a design brief, which was based on a good kitchen, with both of us former chefs; open plan living with the children’s bedrooms at one end of the house and our bedroom with ensuite at the opposite end. Kane was enthusiastic and keen to tackle the project. Our budget was limited but he gave us confidence that it was achievable and in just over a year we were in our new home. Kane was amazing and made the project less stressful than we anticipated and that was due to his communication with us. We knew at all times how it was progressing and he did well to line up each aspect and stage of the build.
