"They were unable to clean the outside of some of the upstairs windows. They did not mention this when viewing the house to give a quote. I recleaned several windows While quoting they mentioned numerous time how much better their cleaning was because it was a 'deep clean'. The clean was ok but not what I had expected with a so called 'deep clean'. They are also quite persisant in mentioning companies they are alined with that do other work around the house like gardening , waterblasting etc."
