Services we provide

Sample analysis:

If you have a building material that you suspect contains asbestos simply send us a sample and we will report the analysis within 48 hours of its arrival. Not comfortable with taking the sample yourself? Our expert team can come and collect it for you.

Asbestos Management Plans?:

An Asbestos Management Plan sets out where asbestos or asbestos containing material is and how it will be managed within a property.

Either built off the back of a survey, or using an assumption method of planning, these documents are required on any property before work is conducted that may create a risk of exposure to asbestos. Here at Asbestos Testing New Zealand we provide Asbestos Surveying.

Asbestos Surveys: There are 3 main types of testing or surveying we provide; Management, Refurbishment and Demolition and each are designed for a specific purpose.

Asbestos Management Survey: Are designed to locate asbestos in a property. This survey is typically used prior to minor maintenance work or to help manage any potential risks associated with asbestos.

Asbestos Refurbishment Survey: Are designed to locate asbestos in a property before major work commences.

Asbestos Demolition Survey: Are designed to locate asbestos in a property before it is demolished. This survey is also designed to give clearance to the area once demolition has been completed.

Once an inspection has been completed you will be provided with a full report detailing where asbestos has been located and what needs to be done to manage any risks. This report comes from our IANZ accredited laboratory and the inspections are carried out by our qualified surveyors. This report will be sent to you within 48 hours of job completion.
