Hi, Saracen Architecture is a small architectural design and drafting company in Christchurch.
We provide design and drafting services to builders and private homeowners who are looking for someone who listens to clients' ideas and their wish-list without a pre-ordained agenda, understands their budget constraints, is able to apply flair and innovation in design, provides a prompt & quality service and gets on well with everyone we are engaged by.
Unlike many in the industry, who we feel are greedy by charging for phone calls or meetings, we believe instead in charging a fair and honest rate for our work and only invoice when clients are completely satisfied with our delivery.
We have over 27 years experience in architectural design and have Licenced Building Practitioner (Design) acreditation. We especially enjoy working in design and consultation on energy efficient, healthy homes, but offer advice for everyone's needs, wishes and budget.
