Weathertightness Project

Replace decayed exterior cladding with James Hardie exoclad panels.

Bathroom renovation

Strip out old bath tub, shower, vanity and all wall coverings. Upgrade all plumbing by replacing all waterpipes and waste pipes. Install new plasterboards, tiling, new shower, vanity and new toilet.

Full interior renovation

Insulate house, by stripping out all plaster boards, add insulation, gibstop walls and raked ceilings in all areas of the house. Complete bathroom and ensuite remodelling, new kaboodle kitchen with appliances, new floor coverings and full interior paint.

Remove and replace external cladding

Did a great job in replacing an external wall on the house, that was previous rotten. They managed to find solutions to all the previous workmanship issues. Quality work and the finished product (painting and fine detail) looks great.

It's easy to find minor things that could have been better, yes the work could have been completed earlier, it did suffer from several delays, but the biggest test is, 'would I use Donnie again?', and the answer is 'yes without doubt!' A good job and we are very pleased with the result. I'm very happy to recommend DJ Contracting.
