there are multiple flashings that need replacing, and one short length of gutter with a downpipe, there are a couple of new flashings and a review of the actual roof. it would be great to have an assessment this week if at all possible, and rough idea of pricing if not a quote but realise we are probably looking at next year for the work to be done unless there is someone out there looking for a fill in end of year job :-). not able to transfer the photos but once i have your email i can send them through. look under --- with same title for the job and the photos are there .
