We need a hole in the roof repaired along the ridge, rain and wear and tear has rusted out the nails which has caused a hole in the roof, which has dropped down to make a hole in the ceiling, so that would need repairing also. Located in the lounge. Will have to contact the tenants for confirmation, for access to the property, time and date as they both work. My partner can come up to show you where he plugged the hole on the last visit. There are no photo's sorry.
