There is a leak around the top of the tub area in our bathroom. we inherited this when we bought the house. We have temporarily fixed the issue by using sealant. There is damage to the wood under the tub and this needs fixing. The sides of the tub also needs to be waterproofed. I have attached some photos. I have marked the leaking area in red. I have also posted photos under the tub. I am looking for a quote to fix this issue.
