Window rubber seals - repairs or replacement.

Old, worn out window seals (rubber seals on aluminium frames) require repairs or replacement. We are getting the exteriors painted, so the scaffolding is up and available for any high rise repairs and maintenance, hence want to book this job as quickly as possible. We are also installing "Magicseal" on some windows, so it was recommended that we repair or fix or replace any worn out / hardened rubber seals, prior to their installation.
