Leak Repair

There is a substantial leak from the roof into the bathroom. The roof is flat consisting of long run iron. The property has two units on it, that step down a slope. The leak is in the lower property near where it abuts the upper property. The flashings where the lower unit abuts the upper unit were replaced three years ago. The roof probably needs replacing, but at my stage in life, I'm not interested in doing that. I just want the leak repaired. On one side the unit is one storey so access to the roof is not difficult.
