The membrane roof of our conservatory is leaking and has likely been for some time. The ceiling inside has been removed to assess for damage and will need repair. Outside the roof is a membrane roof but would be open to alternative options to ensure waterproof. The guttering and drainage may require some work too. The membrane area works out the be approx 3-4m2.
