Fix leaking window after storms

I am looking for someone to take a look at one of the windows and area around the window in my house. In the recent storms it has started leaking. It is only when the weather is severe with high (northerly) winds and rain that water starts coming through. During the storms last weekend, a lot of water came through. The water seems to be coming in from somewhere above the window. This is a top floor room so it could be an issue with the roof. I have lived here for 18 months and didn't have any issues last winter. I need this fixed as soon as possible as we are only just going into winter and I have no doubt more storms are on the way.
