Job description

Exterior Waterproofing
Wellington

We need the poly-butynol re fixed/replaced on the top of three bay windows of our Villa. We knew we were going to have to do something with this soon, but were waiting until summer when we are looking at starting to repaint. But this recent rain has shown it needs to be done now as leaks are starting to appear. There is guttering on the bay windows that we could talk about fixing or replacing as well if it makes sense to do this at the same time. We also have have a side door to one of our living rooms that is leaking - we do not use the door, so open to the best / most cost effective way of water-proofing this - including taking out the cat door which we no longer use, adding silicon to the glass, and sealing the door itself around the door frame. Would like to get this done ASAP as we do not want the leaks to cause any long term damage. The pictures were taken today. You can see two of the bay windows are at the front of the house and the third is around the side of the house. They all have Poly B coverings now that it is in good condition on the top of the bay windows - but it is the join onto the house that I think is the problem and where we think the water is coming in. So ideally not all the Poly B would need to be replaced - just the seal to the house fixed or that part replaced to ensure no water gets in.
