Fixing kitchen extractor fixed to roof

I have water dipping down to my stove through the rangehood when it's raining. Rangehood is fixed to the roof /ceiling. It's only happening when wind blowing from one particular direction & rain water blowing inside the cap (I believe due to capping is fixed too high above the pipe). I am looking to install new version of cap or build additional cover on top of it or install different style.   I need qualified specialist to fix it. Currently is looking for the quote on this job.
