Hi there, looking for quotes to repair a leak in my basement. The house is a single level 1959 weatherboard house sitting on a concrete ring foundation, situated on a steep rise with a clay substrate. There is a lined basement cut into the bank below the house which measures approx 5.5m w x 3.5m l. The basement has a painted concrete floor and behind the lining is a concrete block wall coming up to approx 400mm above the subsoil level. this block wall is on all 4 sides of the basement and is separated from the ring foundation by approx 500mm on 2 sides and 4 or so metres from the rear wall of the house. In recent heavy rain approx 10l of water seeped into the basement at floor level along the back wall. I suspect that the waterproofing (or lack of) has failed and requires remedy. Ideally an injection type solution would be preferable as digging down behind the wall would be time consuming. Thanks Dave
