Waterproofing room

We have a room in the house that is partly underground. It has concrete walls and a concrete pad floor. There are a couple of patches where water is seeping through the wall and maybe it's coming up through the concrete floor. We are looking to waterproof the room. It can only be waterproofed from the inside, but it's been demoed so it's stripped back to the bare concrete. It's leaking most times when it rains so would be good to have it fixed soon as possible. The room is about 2300mmx4500m. 2400m high.
