We have 93 windows, 42 upstairs and 52 downstairs that need re puttying though just the bottom of the windows only, and once the putty has had time to dry we want it to be painted ( I believe this provides water proofing and water from getting in where the putty contacts the glass. I don't have scaffolding. We are after quotes.
