Leak above balcony doors

In heavy rain there is a leak in the wall above our balcony doors on the east side of the house. The roof is pretty new (2011) so I don't think it's that. It may be a problem with a blocked gutter or something else. I can't see high enough as we have very high ceilings and roofline and it's too dangerous to get on a ladder.
