Rooftop bar, waterproofing

We need the floor of our rooftop bar, approx 70sqm, re-levelled with floor levelling compound, and then probably another coat of a waterproof membrane. It is currently waterproofed, but the dips make it difficult to keep the water from pooling. We need to be able to start on this next week, so please let me know if Monday is possible.
