Re-seal bath/shower. Paint wall and ceiling.

The seal around the bath in my rental property is leaking in the corner where the shower screen meets the wall. The sealant around the bath is old and mouldy and I'd like it replaced. The wall by the leak needs cleaning up and then that wall and the ceiling need painting. See attached photos.
