In heavy rain and strong North wind conditions, water drips through our lounge ceiling. Above the spot where the water leaks through is a balcony from our bedroom with access through a sliding door. The obvious suspect is that the sliding door joinery is no longer water proof, and it is letting rain through inside the house and down onto the lounge ceiling below. I have checked the drain holes in the sliding door to see that they are clear. I can't see any damage in the surrounding area of the bedroom. The house was built in 1995. The deck has a Traffigard membrane coating. It might be possible that the drain holes are leaking underneath the Traffigard. I would like the leak investigated and remedied. Thank you.
