Balcony - removal of fixed tiles & application of new waterproof membrane

We own a 6th floor rooftop apartment in Central Wellington in the Hannahs Laneway. Our balcony leaks into our bedroom below, so we need someone able to remove and dispose of the tiles fixed onto our balcony (it's an apartment from before the codes prohibited this) and apply a new waterproof coating to the balcony. The balcony is roughly 8m by 2m. Ideally we would like this job completed before August.
