Repair to shower wall damaged in EQ

I have a modern lower-Taranaki St apartment which suffered a large crack through the tiling in one wall of the walk-in shower when we had the big earthquake. I wish to have the damaged tiling (the complete side wall) removed and replaced with (ideally) a suitable wallboard / laminate or be re-tiled. Re-tiling isn't my first choice because of tile mismatches and time. There are no recesses or plumbing fixtures in the wall (it’s a simple, plain wall) So! The job effectively consists of: cut out, removal and disposal of the existing tiling, waterproof membrane, install of suitable wallboard/laminate or re-tile, integration with the shower wall that was not damaged plus edging against the painted bathroom wall. My aim is to ensure that repairs look more like the EQ never happened or the replacement wall is a feature. I don’t want to end up with a repair that results in people saying “oh, what happened here? The area is under 10m2. There isn't any parking available on site (the paid parking behind Readings Theatre is only a 3 to 5-minute walk). The apartment does have a loading bay which you could use momentarily for the drop off of equipment and materials. The apartment is on level 1 so access is easy. The tenants will have moved out and thus time is of the essence to get the repairs done. For this reason, the job must be undertaken (and completed) in the first fortnight of July, please?
