Fix possible leak issue

There seems to be a probable leak issue behind a panel of skirting board (pictured), next to the shower. This has caused the panel to warp and swell, to the point that it pushes against the door frame and the door no longer closes! Work required: 1. rip the skirting board panel out 2. fix leak issue inside and/or outside the shower 3. replace and paint skirting board panel (white would be fine, probably hard to colour match otherwise). 4. (if the above doesn't fix the door closing issue): Fix the door closing issue - probably plane part of the door so it can close again.
